Colin Roberts BA(Hons), MBA
Colin began his career in the Pharmaceutical Sector, spending 4 years in laboratory and cleanroom environments, before migrating to the Agrochemical Sector, where he spent 17 years at a leading crop nutrition and plant protection product manufacturer. During those 17 years, Colin progressed to the role of Plant Manager, overseeing a sustained period of growth in output from the manufacturing Site, resulting in the facility’s transition to Upper-Tier COMAH status. Colin’s core values are Safety, Quality and Efficiency, underpinned by a desire for Continuous Improvement.

Vicky Williams – Financial Controller
Vicky joined Neatcrown in 2018 as a member of the Finance team and took over as Financial Controller and Company Secretary in November 2018. Vicky has vast experience and knowledge in Accountancy and graduated with BSc Hons Degree in Law and Accountancy from the University of Wolverhampton. As well as overseeing all Financial related requirements, Vicky’s duties include daily management of the Office Team ensuring all Neatcrown’s customers and suppliers receive a consistent level of communication and friendly service.
Shane Weir – Supply Chain Director
With over 10 years’ experience across supply chain and procurement across chemical and food industries, Shane has recently been appointed as Supply Chain Director. Shane has an MSC in Supply Chain and Operations Management and has full MCIPS qualification. In addition, Shane also has experience of managing planning, customer service, logistics and warehouse functions and is a firm advocate of working in a safe environment, whilst maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality.

KAREN JONES – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
From the role of R&D Chemist within a laboratory for household cleaning products, Karen moved over to working within the Agrochemicals sector. With over 13 years’ experience of R&D and Quality management within a crop nutrition manufacturing company, Karen has extensive knowledge and experience of formulation development, scale-up, process and quality. Coupled with a firm understanding of regulatory requirements including CLP and REACH. Karen can provide support to achieve your business needs.

ELEANOR JONES – QUALITY MANAGER
Eleanor joined Neatcrown in 2020 as Quality manager with over 25 years’ experience of quality management systems within the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical and Chemical industries. Eleanor is instrumental in driving forward quality improvements including championing 5S across the site.
Eleanor has also worked as laboratory manager providing formulation support including formulation testing, shelf life determinations and finished product testing. Eleanor has experience in a contract manufacturing environment and has been closely involved in process and cleaning validations. Eleanor is ideally placed to provide quality support to new and existing customers.
SIMON LOFTUS – ENGINEERING / FILLING MANAGER
Simon has been a qualified engineer for over 28 years and has been fortunate enough to work all over the world. With 25 years’ experience in Engineering, Project and Operational Management roles within the food sector and the last 12 years working as an Independent Consultant, Simon believes teamwork is hugely important, and that as a team we can achieve anything.
Martin Walton – Formulation Department and EHS Manager
As Formulation Department and EHS Manager Martin has over 20 years’ experience in the chemical
industry including 10 years in Operational Management roles in contract manufacturing and packing.
Martin has a strong focus on manufacturing excellence together with Environmental, Health and
Safety compliance and holds a NEBOSH General Certificate.
James Evans – Customer Services & Order Processing Manager
James is the first point of contact for all Neatcrown’s customers, and with over 18 years of experience within the company covering many roles in that time. James knowledge of the plant and its capabilities ensures attention to detail and full Customer support is offered throughout every stage of customer contact with Neatcrown in a warm and friendly manner.
Dewi Prandle – Supply Chain Manager
Qualified in supply chain management with over 5years experience in a FMCG environment. Dewi started his career straight out of college and into a business apprenticeship, moving into a supply chain analyst role before joining Neatcrown as Supply Chain Manager.
Dewi believes meeting new people and developing reciprocal relationships are key to building healthy supply chains.
