Once you have given us the recipe, packing and any technical instructions we will do the rest! We purchase all raw materials and packaging and we will keep you informed all the way through our manufacturing process, as we understand that communication is the key to a healthy business relationship.

In today’s manufacturing environment, a strong IT background is crucial, and having recently upgraded to a new IT system we are now able to provide a significant amount of analytical data so to assist you.

Whether you wish to use us as an overflow facility or as your main supplier we will try to find a solution that benefits both of us.

We specialise in:

Liquid Filling

• At capacity we can produce 40,000 litres a day, ranging from 250ml – 5 litre bottles through a variety of recipes
  
  

 

 

Powder Filling

• We are the only manufacturer of Phostrogen Plant food in the world, and can produce 10,000 kg/day into 25g – 4kg variants including potentially corrosive ingredients

 

 

Pellet Filling

We produce Slug Pellets and Rodenticides for both the retail and agricultural markets with an output of 60 tonnes/day. We are also able to produce ground flour. For more information please contact us.
